4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in our response.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), you may be offered store credit or a bank transfer (please provide your bank details securely).


6. Exchanges
